The best way to know if this is the position for you...go check out our website www.indychildtherapist.com. We are really transparent about who we are and what we offer. While I know that takes you away from this site, really most job descriptions are the same, you need to know if you even WANT to work for the company right!?

Most people when they see it is a private practice start to dismiss the position, the biggest concern being money. Our practice is always full and on a waitlist. Our therapists make more than they did before they came to us- and none of them work 5 days a week. We also offer PTO and benefits...I promise its not too good to be true as we do have high standards for the care we provide to our clients and their parents. We also only want people who are a good fit for our work culture and want to be part of a team.
