WithMe seeks a Sr Manager of Finance to lead our financial operations in a player and coach role. Remote role with stock options.

Responsibilities:

• First and foremost, do the work.
• Lead FP&A, accounting, and reporting.
• Ensure tax compliance and financial integrity.
• Implement accounting systems for small businesses.
• Drive strategic financial planning.
• Provide insightful analysis and guidance.
• Manage team and foster collaboration.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA preferred.
• 7+ years in accounting, 3+ years in management.
• Strong FP&A and accounting software skills.
• Analytical, communicative, and deadline-driven.
• Willingness to perform the work and coach others.
• Remote-ready with willingness to travel.
