Position Summary

Under the direct supervision of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Executive Assistant will report to and work closely with the CEO to handle clerical duties for WCC.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position is $25 - $30 per hour. WCC offers competitive salary and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 10 vacation days for first year employees, 12 paid holidays, sick leave, life insurance, retirement plan with match, employee assistance program and free employee parking.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred and/or equivalent experience and a minimum of 3 years of successful experience in an administrative role.

Essential Position Responsibilities

  • Composing and typing all correspondences for the CEO
  • Maintaining the CEO’s calendar
  • Screening calls and other correspondents for the CEO
  • Organizing and scheduling internal management and offsite meetings
  • Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database
  • Performs independent research and prepares information for assigned special projects
  • Creating documents and presentations for the CEO
  • Manage confidential information for the CEO
  • Interacts with patients, physicians, staff, vendors, and visitors in ways that demonstrate caring and reflect the WCC mission and philosophy

Skills

  • Excellent understanding and demonstration of customer service skills
  • Ability to remain organized while managing multiple details
  • Ability to manage work priorities and use critical thinking to resolve issues
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher)
  • Excellent writing skills. Detail oriented
  • Ability to solve problems effectively
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
  • High degree of professionalism and accountability
  • Punctuality and excellent attendance required
