Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC service technician for the Dayton OH area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial HVAC systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, including electrical and mechanical components.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Collaborate with other team members and office team members to ensure efficient operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries professionally.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in reading schematics and technical manuals.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment, work in various weather conditions, and climb ladders.
• Must possess personal hand tools.
• Must be able to pass drug and background screens.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• References are required.
