2nd Shift Production Team Lead - Full Time

Duties:

• Keeping production staff accountable to showing up on time and working with a sense of urgency— Having corrective conversations when needed.
• Provide hour-by-hour direction to squad members based on production schedules laid out by Production Manager—maximize output.
• Training new staff members.
• Tracking workstation KPIs and output– inputting data into tracking sheets—providing output reports to Production Manager.
• Maintaining knowledge of how to operate each piece of production equipment.
• Ensuring products are being labeled and poured correctly—training production staff on new products—ensuring SOPs are being followed and quality standards are upheld. Communicating to Production Manager on any personnel issues, schedules, etc.
• Assisting Production Manager in maintaining Production SOPs.
• Help communicate schedules, expectations, and company events with the team.
• Production work (including candle pouring, machine operating, production assistant duties).
• Continual improvements to efficiency in our machine operations.
• Back up Team Lead support during 2nd shift hours worked when other Team Leads are out of office/need additional support.
• Birthday and special moment celebrations for their squad.
• Managing Purchasing SOPs.

Hours:

• Full time - 40 hours per week
• 3:00 - 11:30PM
• Monday-Friday

Starting Pay:

• $17.50 - 22/hr (dependent upon experience)
