Duties:
- Prepare surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary
- Operate power tools and hand tools to remove rust, paint, and other debris from surfaces
- Apply powder coating materials using spraying equipment
- Ensure proper coverage and thickness of powder coating on surfaces
- Monitor and adjust equipment settings to achieve desired results
- Use lifting equipment to move large or heavy parts for coating
- Perform quality control inspections to ensure finished products meet specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Skills:
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards
