Customer service and sales Manager

This is a position you can grow into. Our customer service position gives you the ability to earn a base pay plus commissions!We will train you and pay for your licensing. We also have the systems in place to make you successful in a short period of time.We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-timeposition. Our Customer Service and Sales Managerwill be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, cross selling,maintaining knowledge of our products, and answering any questions our clients may have.

No experience required, we will train you and pay for your licensing. This is not another dead end job, lets focus on your future!

• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Develop insurancequotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Developongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Process customer policy change requests
• Provideexceptional customer service.
• Create new referral partner relationships

• Be able to obtain or currently possess a Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Positive Personality.
• Coachable and open to constructive criticism
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations..
• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
