Meineke Car Care of San Diego is seeking an Automotive Heavy Line Technician to become an integral part of our team. This family owned and operated location is a full service repair center and wants a qualified Heavy Line Technission who will produce and take the shop to the next level. If you have experience with engine, transmission and drivetrain R&R we want you to apply. You will diagnose, adjust, repair, and overhaul automotive vehicles and trucks.

Terms to be discussed with applicant and are dependent on experience level, tools and your effort.

Responsibilities:

· Diagnose and repair passenger vehicles and trucks.

· Perform routine vehicle maintenance, engine repair

· Provide labor and time estimates for automotive repairs

Inspect and test all vehicles for necessary adjustments and repair

· Contribute to a positive, productive team environment

· Previous experience as an Heavy Line automotive technician, mechanic.

· ASE Certifications are a plus

· Knowledge of diagnostic and repair equipment

· Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

· Deadline and detail-oriented

· Tools and Transportation
