East Cooper Auto Pros is currently hiring for a full-time Lead Auto Technician to work on American and Japanese cars in the Mount Pleasant, SC area. This auto repair position earns a competitive wage of $42.00 - $47.00/hour, (1650 guaranteed plus commission) depending on experience.

DAY-TO-DAY

This full-time mechanic position typically works Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch.

In this lead auto repair position, you provide valuable guidance to your team as you work on our customers' cars. You establish positive working relationships with our customers by taking the time to understand their needs and making them feel comfortable leaving their cars in our care. Alongside your team, you perform repair work on brakes, suspension, and cooling systems along with other electrical and mechanical repairs.

You double-check the work your fellow techs complete to make sure everything looks good before the car rolls out of our shop. Whether you're interacting with customers or coworkers, you maintain a professional and helpful demeanor. You take pride in doing an excellent job and getting our customers back on the road!

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
