Job Description
SonoVision is an established family-owned business located in Beaverton, OR which repairs and refurbishes ultrasound equipment. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter that likes independence and working through challenges. The skills to create and maintain organization will be essential. This position requires detail-oriented work and the ability to follow a consistent process.
Receiving Clerk
$20/hour
Free medical, paid vacation, and SEP IRA
Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
Responsibilities:
Receiving
- Accept packages and log contents into tracking system
- Investigate accuracy of model number and condition of each part
- Assist shipping by processing POs and creating shipping documentation
Exchanges (customers may buy parts at a lower price if they send an exchange part to be refurbished)
- Track open receipts and update spreadsheet
- Coordinate with CFO to process charges for core fees
- Communicate with customers to acquire part exchanges
Qualifications:
- Organized
- Detail oriented
- Problem solver

- Consistent in processes
- Ability to lift packages regularly, usually under 50 lbs
- General computer skills, including typing and Windows products
- Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
