Position Summary: Anistar is seeking a RF Systems Technician for a direct hire opportunity. 

Qualifications & Education:
• Possess over 3 years of experience in LMR/RF Systems or IT systems.
• 2-year degree in electronics preferred. The employer will also consider candidates with 3-8 years of relevant work experience in place of a 2-year degree.
• Knowledgeable in RF Systems, including transmitters, receivers, microwave systems, and antenna networks, or expertise in IT systems, encompassing Microsoft Servers, Active Directory, VMware, Red Hat Linux, Cisco, and TCP/IP.
• Proficient in collecting and delivering data, including antenna radiated power readings, cable sweep results, channel alignments, network connectivity, network uptime, IP traffic analysis, and Wireshark usage, among others.
• Skilled in the use of various test equipment, such as Communications Monitors, T1 Test Sets, Antenna Analyzers, IP Network Analyzers, laptops, SSH, FTP, Telnet, and familiarity with Cisco and Linux command-line interfaces, among others.
• Ability to regularly lift a minimum of 70 lbs.
• Must possess a valid U.S. Driver's license.

Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations:
• Provide technical support for specialized communications systems and product applications.
• Conduct preventative maintenance routines to ensure the proper operation of systems, with a focus on trend analysis and thorough documentation of results.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting of software-driven electronics, provisioning of communication system infrastructure, and optimization of performance in RF, Microwave, and IT Systems, including, but not limited to:
   - Legacy Analog Radio Systems
   - Advanced Digital P25 Systems
   - IT Systems with VMware and Cisco Networking.
