Job Description

Join our dynamic team at a leading general construction contracting company. We are seeking passionate individuals who specialize in renovating and restoring commercial facilities to join us.

Pay Rate: $18-20/hr Depending on Experience

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm (overtime as needed)

Summary:

Provide a range of interior craftsman support for construction projects to include:

Drywall & Finishing

Measure, cut, and install drywall sheets according to blueprints and project specifications
Apply tape and joint compound to seams and corners, ensuring a smooth and even finish
Sand, patch, and smooth surfaces to prepare for painting or wallpapering
Repair damaged or uneven areas of drywall as needed

Framing

Study blueprints to determine materials required and project layout
Measure, cut, and shape lumber, plywood, and other materials
Assemble and secure framework using hand and power tools
Install windows, doors, and stairs as needed

Interior and Exterior Painting

Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, scraping, and patching holes
Apply primer and paint using brushes, rollers, and spray guns
Perform minor repairs and touch-ups as needed

Requirements:

Must be Proficient in hand and power tools
Able to read and understand Blueprints and Schematics
Experienced in Metal and Wood Framing, Hanging Drywall, Tape and Float, Exterior and Interior Painting.
