• Conduct legal research using various resources including legal databases and libraries.
• Draft legal documents such as motions, briefs, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Draft discovery and draft discovery responses.
• Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and closings.
• Maintain and organize legal files and documents.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to schedule meetings and gather information.

• At least two years of experience in at a law firm, preferably working in family law
• Paralegal certification
• Courteous and pleasant
• Ability to work well with others
• Ability to interact with client and provide exceptional service
