**Job Title:** 26-Foot Liftgate Box Truck Owner Operator - Daily Routes in Chicago

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking experienced owner operators with a 26-foot liftgate box truck to join our team in Chicago. As a vital part of our logistics operation, you will be responsible for daily routes Monday through Friday, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods throughout the Chicago area.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Conduct daily pre-trip inspections of the 26-foot liftgate box truck to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.

2. Load and unload goods using the liftgate, following proper procedures to secure cargo for transport.

3. Plan and execute efficient routes to meet delivery schedules while minimizing fuel consumption and vehicle wear.

4. Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, maintaining professionalism and communication with clients as needed.

5. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, maintaining a clean driving record.

6. Complete necessary paperwork accurately and on time, including delivery manifests and mileage logs.

7. Perform basic maintenance tasks on the truck as needed, such as checking fluid levels and tire pressure.

**Requirements:**

1. Valid drivers License or (Commercial Driver's License) with a clean driving record.

2. Proven experience as an owner operator with a 26-foot liftgate box truck.

3. Familiarity with the Chicago area and surrounding suburbs.

4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

5. Excellent communication and customer service skills.

6. Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.

7. Availability to work Monday through Friday on a consistent basis.

**Compensation:**

- $400 per day, paid weekly.
