Position: Resident Advisor

Job Summary: Supporting individuals in recovery with day-to-day tasks and collaborating with various departments to promote a supportive and effective recovery environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Provide support and guidance to individuals in recovery residing in the housing
• Monitor resident progress and ensure adherence to program
• Completes billing and documentation accurately in a timely
• Evaluate daily living functioning and assist residents in creating goals to
• Attending Ohio Recovery Housing training and conferences as scheduled and complete ORH
• Participation in community activities best represents the professional image of
• Keep well documented notes and communicate daily shift notes with housing
• The Resident Advisor will serve as a role model, act as a mentor, advocate and

Required Experience/Certifications:

• Minimum high school diploma/ E.D
• Knowledge of Electronic Health Records systems
• Valid State of Ohio Driver's License and insurance
• Must pass BCI check, all Corporate Compliance checks, and employment drug
• Must be willing to obtain your CMS certification upon hire (must be eligible to bill Medicaid)

Schedule

Tuesday - Saturday 11pm - 7:30am
