Team Overview: As an intern in the Finance group, you will have the opportunity to work with analysts, technologists, and sourcing specialists to help enrich your career focus in Procurement.

What you will do:

Develop processes and process mapping for Indirect Procurement
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand current indirect procurement practices as well as any challenges they may be facing to inform the future process.
Support activities including collecting & analyzing data to define addressable spend, presentation material preparation, and executive read-outs.

Identify opportunities for business process automation. Assist in the integration of digital technologies to streamline processes, improve data and KPI accuracy, and enhance decision-making within the supply chain.

Propose KPIs and data visualization dashboards to effectively gain insights into Indirect Procurement Expenditure
Present proposal to members of executive leadership team at the conclusion of internship.

What you will bring:

Actively enrolled in an accredited college/university program, or recently graduated (within the last semester or quarter) from an accredited college/university program.
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred) focused in Operations, Supply Chain, or Business
Knowledge of supply chain concepts, planning systems, and strategies
Experience with Office 365 - Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint
Superior data, problem solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Strong technical aptitude and curiosity to learn new tools and technologies.
Database skills - SQL, Dashboard development (PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik etc.)
