As a Clinical Social Worker - Therapist at Thrive Therapy, your days are filled with compassion, care, and dedication. You start by conducting patient assessments, providing crisis intervention during acute episodes, and offering immediate and compassionate assistance. Throughout the day, you create a nurturing environment where group counseling sessions become a sanctuary for exploration and healing. Collaborating with our dynamic team, you continuously further your education, maintain records, and leave a positive impact on every individual you encounter.

As a part-time Clinical Social Worker - Therapist, you enjoy a flexible schedule tailored to your preferences within a set number of days per week. Supervision is provided for those pursuing a full LCSW license! If this sounds like the right fit for you, you must also meet the following criteria to qualify:

• Master's degree in social work or another related field (NEW GRADS ARE WELCOME!)
• Ability to build rapport and provide compassionate care
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent leadership qualities
