Job Description

Our team is seeking a skilled sheetfed press operator (two-color offset) and bindery operator with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the printing industry. Please note: This is a hybrid position where your time will be split between printing and bindery tasks.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years experience operating a small-format, two-color offset printing press. AB DICK 9995, Ryobi 3302, or similar machine.
Minimum 3 years bindery experience operating programmable cutters, creaser/folders, and other miscellaneous finishing equipment.
Good time management skills; able to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift heavy cartons of paper, load and unload press, and run and monitor jobs to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Discerning eye for quality.
Excellent troubleshooting skills; mechanically inclined and able to make minor repairs and adjustments.
Commitment to perform preventative equipment maintenance.
Team-oriented.
