Job Description
RN, Registered Nurse - Endoscopy GI
Responsibilities:
- Works to the extent permitted by licensure under Pennsylvania Board of Nursing Practice Standards
- Is able to plan and organize their daily assignment and seek out assistance and guidance as necessary
- Follows cost saving measures as directed by the Director of Nursing and Administrative Director/Director of Nursing
- Participates on committees as assigned
- Assists in Quality Improvement activities to ensure high quality of patient care
- Attends at least one In-service per year
Endoscopy Nurse Requirements:
- Nursing diploma or associate degree.
- Demonstrated experience in inpatient care.
- Proficiency using endoscopic equipment.
- Attention to detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Good organizational skills.
