The Position Specifics You are moving fast and maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant throughout a bustling shift and are the ultimate team player.Obtain service area assignment at the beginning of eachshift Remove plates/glassware that guests no longerneeds Take tableware to dish area and place silverware, dishes, glassware, etc.

in appropriate areas for washing. Assist dishwasher by removing remaining food into appropriate waste bin and maintaining a clean dishwashingstation Clean and clear tables after each Guest Experience. Betweenseatings, promptly cleantable tops, chairs and booths, check floor and clean asrequired Inspect assigned restroom every 30 minutes and clean asneeded Respond appropriately to Guest requests.
