Job Description

A business service company has opportunities available for Data Entry Clerks. After training in complete, work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., or 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Responsibilities:

· Review Medical, Pharmacy, and Insurance records to identify all providers listed

· Enter new provider information into company’s proprietary system

· Internet research into providers

Qualifications:

· Must have at least 1 year clerical, data entry, or document reviewing experience

· Must be highly proficient using multiple computer software programs

· Must have accurate data entry skills with the ability to be detail-oriented

· Must have critical thinking skills

· Medical office work is highly preferred

· Paralegal is preferred; familiar with medical documents is a plus
