About SentriForce

SentriForce is a leading video surveillance company that provides monitored security services to businesses across the country. We utilize remote video feeds to detect criminal activity and dispatch police while operating from our secure and comfortable Security Monitoring Center.

About The Position

As a Video Monitoring Agent, you'll play a crucial role in safeguarding businesses by detecting people and vehicles on live video camera feeds. When our systems detect an intruder in a restricted area, you'll verify the alarm and collaborate with team members and law enforcement to apprehend the suspect.

Work Schedule

Our Security Monitoring Center operates 24/7, 365 days a year. This position is for the following work schedule. Please do not apply if you cannot work this exact schedule.

MON: 11:00PM - 7:00AM

TUES: 11:00PM - 7:00AM

WED: OFF

THURS: OFF

FRI: 3:00 PM - 11:00PM

SAT: 3:00 PM - 11:00PM

SUN: 3:00 PM - 11:00PM

What We're Looking For

• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
