Position Overview:

As a Marketing Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the marketing efforts for both new and existing products. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns, utilizing a variety of channels to reach our target audience effectively. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, a strong understanding of digital platforms, and the ability to analyze market trends to maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns for new and existing products.
2. Utilize social media platforms and digital marketing techniques to enhance brand visibility and engage with customers.
3. Implement various forms of computer and digital marketing, including email marketing, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
4. Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities and trends, and provide insights to drive marketing strategies.
5. Prepare and deliver presentations to management, outlining marketing campaign strategies, objectives, and expected outcomes.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and sales, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
7. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize ROI and achieve targets.
8. Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across different channels and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Must be able to work on-site in Portland, TN.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques.
