Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work Onsite with our client in Winter Springs, FL. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • This position is responsible for all manufacturing Tests including Assembly and Sub
    -Assembly Tests, Test Engineering, and Maintenance
  • Perform Pump or Monitor system PCBA, Unit, Top
    -level, and Electrical Safety tests according to written company procedures
  • Record and maintain all manufacturing device documentation
  • Troubleshoot and repair electronic or mechanical components or mechanisms
  • Provide technical assistance to the engineering, tech support, and production departments
  • Identify repeating component or assembly failures and assist Engineering with corrective actions
  • Maintain and create manufacturing test procedures with direction and approval from Engineering
  • Maintain measuring equipment calibration
  • Constant verification that the test procedure being used is at the current or appropriate revision level
  • Communicate and assist customers in troubleshooting field failures
  • Perform or direct associated technical service repairs and rework

Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Technology
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in production electronics test and repair function

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Ability to interpret electronic schematics and understanding of intermediate electronic theory and operation
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair electromechanical assemblies
  • Ability to create or update Manufacturing Test Procedures
  • Proper use of test equipment including Fluid flow, Oscilloscope, DMM, and patient simulators
  • Proficient in soldering techniques by IPC
    -J
    -STD
    -001 or equivalent
  • Proper working knowledge and understanding of ESD
  • Intermediate understanding and working knowledge of complex medical device quality requirements
  • Communication between Supervisor and co
    -workers is a must to identify and solve manufacturing problems
  • Ability to perform complete functional tests of multiple top
    -level assemblies.
