Job description:

We are looking for a Full-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) OR Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide therapy and Liaison duties in an Assisted Living (AL) facility in London, Ohio.

The Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)/Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) would be responsible for following up with the plan of care set by the therapist, performing treatments, and communicating with the supervising therapist regarding patient progress. Hours are 8-5 Monday-Friday. Must be a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) OR Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in the state of Ohio. We utilize a universal electronic documentation system.

Liaison duties would include but are not limited to: sending referrals, keeping accounts updated, making updates/phone calls with patient/POA/patient families, requesting orders, managing caseload list, leading exercise classes, helping with activities/events, keeping therapists updated on referrals and information, and keep supplies stocked and area neat and clean.

Compensation: competitive/negotiable/experience-based.
