Kitchen + Kocktails offers a modern spin on Southern Comfort Food, with a great selection of beer, wine, and some of the best craft cocktails around.

We are now hiring Servers to join our team in uptown Charlotte! If you have a smile that lights up a room, and a personality to match, we want to talk to you!

Responsibilities:

Serve food and beverages to guests
Explain menu items to guests
Clean and prepare the dining areas
Greet and make all guests feel welcome at the restaurant
Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashion
Perform other restaurant duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Ability to create a positive guest experience
High energy
Positive attitude
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Willingness and ability to display professionalism at all times
Ability to successfully multitask with a smile
Previous in face-to-face customer service, food service, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with guests
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
