Position Responsibilities:

Assisting Clinicians in their treatment of patients
Maintaining a clean and sanitary clinic by managing laundry, cleaning tables, vacuuming, and wiping down machines and other equipment as needed
Exhibiting behaviors and practices which foster effective professional and therapeutic relationships with patients, family members and team members
Collaborating with all clinicians, staff, management and physicians to safely achieve goals and cultivate effective relationships clinic wide
Ensuring the implementation of and compliance with all ORA policies, procedures, health and safety regulations
Maintaining patient confidentiality and complying with all HIPAA rules and regulations

Job Qualifications:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
Ability to effectively communicate and interact with patients, families, and staff
Knowledge of personal computer applications and Electronic Medical Record
Ability to lift up to 50lbs and assist in lifting patients up to 300lbs

Education:

High School Diploma

Experience:

Previous outpatient orthopedic physical therapy experience preferred, however not required
