Job Description:

The Office Manager is a full-time, work-from-home (or outside office) position, requiring a high level of communication skills and attention to detail. The team member will be responsible for daily bookkeeping and reconciling, meeting coordination, and some human resources components. They must be able to utilize a variety of computer programs (Microsoft Word, QuickBooks, Adobe, etc.). A minimal amount of travel is also required.

Three times a year there will be required travel and overnight trips for Team Meetings.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing records and information
  • Providing administrative assistance to management team
  • Encouraging and improving cross-department internal communication
  • Maintaining and keeping the books
  • Invoicing for clients
  • Scheduling for administration team

ā€‹Qualifications:

  • Experience in administrative services or other related fields
  • Experience with QuickBooks
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Strong organizational skills
