Job Description
Duration: Long Term Contract
Pay Rate: $22/hour on w2
Resposnibilities:
- Provide Patient Care
- Performs gap closure activity as outlined, and escalates issues as needed
- Assist RN/LPN in completing patient care support task
- Maintains Confidentiality of patient and proprietary information
- Maintains a professional image
- Participates and attends required in services .
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- NY State Certificate of Nursing Assistant
- 1+ years of expereince
