Job Requirement:

• Hold a valid Physical Therapist license for employment in California.

• Have a minimum of one year of experience in Home Health.

• Provide proof of CPR/ALS certification.

• Hold a valid Driver's License or State ID Card.

• Present documentation of a current negative TB test.

• Completed a recent physical examination.

• Furnish a COVID Vaccine Card or proof of exemption.

• Be capable of conducting Home Health Visits in Homeland and nearby cities.
