Enterprise Communications/Network Manager (Intermediate)
Personnel Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
- At least seven (7) years of experience with specific task order technology.
Capabilities:
- Plans, directs and coordinates network operation and performance functions to ensure network availability and high-quality transmissions.
- Responsible for personnel and activities involved in monitoring, isolating, resolving, and circumventing network problems.
- Advises management and interfaces with customers concerning problems affecting network performance.
- Plans implementation of enhancements and upgrades to the network and the acquisition, installation and testing of network hardware and software.
- Manages resource usage to minimize costs and maximize network availability.
- Interfaces with users to define present network needs and plan for future requirements.
