What You Do

  • Partner with Wholesale & Contract sales to devise and deploy sales objectives and goals across the company, including sales targets, and KPI alignment.
  • Implements quarterly and annual sales programs, plans, and policies for every sales representative.
  • Integrates and aligns sales plans with available processes, Customer Service, MIS systems, talent, and other areas to increase the capability and success of sales force.
  • Preparation of regular performance reports, forecasts, to support decision making in regarding to written sales, invoicing, account performance, territory performance, category performance – identifying opportunities and partnering cross functionally with Marketing, Category Management, Finance and Supply Chain to provide time sales reporting.
  • Ensure all field teams have all the proper tools and collateral to go to market and service customers – this is key and will be able to funnel and streamline requests for Marketing Fulfillment with oversight.
  • Renders administrative support to all activities of sales including processing customer orders, keeping sales statistics, supplying product information, supplying price quotations.
  • Main point of contact with Customer Success on the administration and execution of key sales programs, promotions, and the oversight and solving of customer issues that would entail a selling policy change.
  • Coordinate showroom managers with cross-functional partners during markets.
  • Manage sales Tech Stack updates and needs, including eCat/SuperCat, SugarCRM, and PowerBI.
  • Support sales compensation reconciliation and basic analysis.
  • Provide problem-solving and project support as required.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
  • Five years or more of experience in sales and service management.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills required.
  • Advanced organizational, time management, organizational, leadership and collaboration skills required.
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint as well as Syspro (ERP) systems.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop sales strategies, tactics and techniques based on feedback of customers and market environment.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Strong training and presentation skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time including overnight and interstate travel.
