Job Responsibilities:
- Preparation and analysis of branch P&L’s and supporting reports for assigned branches – lead monthly/quarterly meetings to review P&Ls and supporting documentation
- Support the operations team through data reporting – utilizing Excel and/or BI tools
- Preparation, review and analysis of annual Budget and Forecast activities for assigned branches, in conjunction with the branch GM’s
- Review of equipment closures including FET calculation reviews
- Prepare customer buyout calculations, including gross margin review
- Assist in the month-end and quarter-end procedures, including equipment and WIP reconciliations
- Preparation of the monthly curtailment for the Borrowing Base Reporting
- Responsible for fleet depreciation including:
- Asset activation within Baseplan
- FAS Tax Depreciation information and regular reconciliation to Baseplan
- Preparation of annual Depreciation reports for tax returns
- Fleet equipment roll-forward
- Review of internal capital repair service jobs, and subsequent capitalization if deemed appropriate
- Support of other Financial Analyst(s) to ensure smooth functioning of the department
- Special projects and research as required

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 5-7 years’ relevant work experience
- Be very organized and detail oriented
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (listening, verbal and written)
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Work well in team environment
- Proficient with Word, Excel, etc.
- Ability to learn our Baseplan software and FAS software
Compensation:
- $80k-$90k/yr (based on experience)
