Advanced Behavioral Health is hiring a Facilities Liaison based out of our Frederick, MD office location. This position is responsible for ensuring operations at our office facilities are running smoothly including office equipment, technology, and facility related vendors.

ABH is a family centered mental health program that offers a wraparound approach to treatment. We specialize in Psychiatry, Off-Site Counseling Services, On-Site therapy, and Therapeutic Mentoring. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hour work week. Core office hours 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Essential Functions:

  • First line of contact for all machine and technical issues within all offices. Contact necessary persons/vendors when problems arise.
  • Distribute keys and access cards to staff; responsible for keeping building and office access lists current.
  • Responsible for fire inspections for all locations.
  • Provide backup support as a technology liaison in coordinating all IT software vendors, IT maintenance and project related activity.
  • Responsible for the management of company events such as: CEU Trainings, company holiday and picnic events. This includes registration, facility logistics, equipment, meals, and any other logistical requirements as needed.
  • Act as the primary staff contact for office maintenance tickets. Submit maintenance repair tickets to building management companies and follow up to ensure repairs are completed in a timely manner.
  • Orders and maintains inventory of office supplies for all company locations.
  • Responsible for sourcing out current and future vendor contracts.
  • Responsible for ordering/printing company business cards.
  • Maintain telephone and internet contracts; coordinate and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Maintain a master vendor contact list with contract data for all locations.
  • Responsible for company vehicle management (i.e. tickets, registration and maintenance).
  • Provide routine maintenance and updates to the Agency Professional Liability Insurance.
  • Responsible for operating and support of office equipment at all sites.
  • Manage office logistics and accounting for all office furniture, fixtures and equipment.
  • Provide operating and capital budget input for annual budget/forecast process.
  • Travel to sites and/or vendor location, as needed.
  • Comply with CARF/COMAR/HIPAA/State compliance regulations and take an active role in risk assessment, safety plans, and emergency supply maintenance. Conduct trainings and drills at each site location, as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3 to 5 years' experience in an office management position.
  • Knowledge of principles and best practices of basic office management and organization.
  • Understanding of HIPAA, Privacy and Confidentiality laws.
  • Ability to travel. Maintain a valid driver's license.
