Job Summary:

Performs a variety of tasks related to inside customer service in B to B sales environment.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Back up and aid customer service coordinators.
Basic order entry.
Quote delivery dates on pending orders.
Answer and gather any questions about product price, specifications, or quality.

Education and Experience:
