Front Desk/Concierge Attendant - Overnight
Clayton Valet is looking for responsible, motivated, and reliable individuals who exhibit a professional appearance, a positive attitude, and consistent availability. This position is responsible for greeting all residents and visitors, controlling access to the building, answering telephones, and monitoring surveillance systems.

Compensation/Benefits:
  • $16/hr starting for overnight shifts
  • 30 minute paid break
  • 60 day review with potential pay increase
  • 401(k) 4% Match - available after 3 months of employment
  • Health/Vision/Dental Insurance - available after working 1 year of FT hours
  • PTO - accruement plan available after hire
  • Holiday Pay (Time and a half for select holidays)
  • Weekly Pay
Shifts Available:
  • Overnights 11:00pm-7:00am
Primary Job Responsibilities:
  • Welcome all residents and guests to the property and announce all guests to residents before providing access
  • Answer Front Desk telephones, indicating your willingness to assist the caller
  • Forward calls to voicemail, or take complete and accurate phone messages
  • Receive calls from residents for specific requests
  • Coordinate entry of Housekeepers and Contractors per specifications from residents/tenants
  • Maintain strict insurance verification for any contractor, handyman or any other vendor required to have insurance per rules and regulations
  • Validate guest parking
  • Monitor and coordinate dock deliveries upon arrival
  • Accept deliveries, mail, packages and dry cleaning in accordance with policy guidelines
  • Assist with mail, including in-house mail
  • Maintain strict adherence to key control policy and log in all key requests
  • Maintain the Daily Front Desk Log to record all events that have occurred during the shift. Record specific resident directives and any miscellaneous notes in the Daily Front Desk Log for reference by all staff
  • Carefully monitor all surveillance and report problems to the Community Manager immediately.
  • Respond to emergencies efficiently
  • Deliver newspapers to front door of residents
  • Work as a team in cooperation with others, displaying a willingness to be helpful at all times
  • Make sure that all services are provided in a friendly, courteous, professional, and timely manner
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Job Requirements:
  • Must pass drug screening and criminal background check
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Good organizational skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking in English
  • 2-3 years of customer service or front desk experience
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
