Dental Assistant

We are looking for a Registered Dental Assistant to join our team! Responsibilities in the role:

•Assisting the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures

•Taking and developing dental radiographs (X-rays)

•Providing patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures

•Preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment

•Taking impressions of patients' teeth for study casts (models of teeth)

•Performing office management tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records

•Providing excellent patient care and customer service

•Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dental office

Minimum Qualifications:

•Proven experience as a Dental Assistant

•Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

•Ability to work well in a team environment

•Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety

•Certification in dental assisting

•CPR certification

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week

High school or equivalent (Required)
