Senior Property Manager

We have an exciting new Direct Hire position! If you have previous commercial real estate management experience this might be your next step in your career!

This position is 100% onsite with some flexibility.

Duties:

• Responsible for all lease administration duties
• Monitor collections and coordinate default proceedings
• Follow policies, procedures, codes, and regulations of the Property Management Department and governmental agencies 
• Coordinate with all property vendors
• Develop comprehensive annual inspection process for properties; complete monthly, quarterly, annual inspections for all properties in your portfolio
• Timely review lease abstracts for final approval
• Maintain interface with third-party owners and accounting team to ensure total contract compliance, including review of required reporting
• Assure timely and accurate completion of all tenant and building construction work on behalf of client 
• Ensure effective communication between property management and leasing teams in order to meet the goals of the owner

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related discipline preferred or comparable experience in retail property management
• 3+ years of real estate property management
• Must have retail property experience
• Must be able to travel (30%)
