Teammate Support Center Specialist

Daily Responsibilities for a Teammate Support Center Specialist:
*(6 MONTH CONTRACT / CURRENTLY REMOTE (ON-SITE TRAINING REQUIRED) *
- Provides ongoing coaching and troubleshooting to support teammate system related questions.
- Provides answers and guidance for general People Services questions and a variety of teammate concerns.
- Identifies and escalates People Services and system issues and or concerns to appropriate departments and leaders.
- Identifies trends and issues with process flows (internal and external teams); makes process improvement recommendations to manager as appropriate.
- Driving and implementing cross-functional support and integration with internal and external teams including Payroll, HRIS, Compensation and Benefits, Concur and Human Capital -FMLA
Requirements:
- Highschool/GED or equivalent
- Computer proficient-The candidate is required to type well and able to SPELL common words.
- Previous admin/ IT/ held desk experience preferred
Hours for this Position:
Hours of operation are Monday - Friday 8am-5pm MT. With one hour lunch from Noon- 1pm MT and two 15 minute breaks. One in the morning and one in the afternoon.
