We are currently accepting walk-in applications:

Monday – Friday from 9:00 am – 2:30 pm

We seek a responsible, self-motivated Cup Machine Operator to operate the cup machine line(s), perform quality checks, and pack cups.

Available Shift:

• Days - M-F 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
• Swing - M-F 4:00 pm - 12:30 am
• Graveyard - M-F 12:00am - 8:30am

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform timely checks to ensure that only quality product is manufactured.
• Stops production in the event an inferior product is being produced.
• Perform all assigned quality tests to measure the quality of the product.
• Check orders to ensure correct products and boxes are used for scheduled jobs.
• Immediately respond to any defective goods.
• Always maintain a safe and clean work area.
• Fill out production sheets at the end of the shift, noting production and downtime using the company computer.
• Performs other duties assigned by the Production Lead, Supervisor, or Department Manager.

Qualifications:

• Ability to follow directives from leadership, managers, and supervisors to ensure sustained productivity and target levels.
• Ensures all company policies and procedures, including manufacturing and safety policies and procedures, are followed at all times.
• Ability to safely complete mandated manufacturing and safety training on equipment to maximize output efficiencies.
• Supports all current and new product introductions.
• High School Diploma or GED - Preferred
• One year in a manufacturing environment, tending a production machine is required.
• Basic computer skills - Required.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English to complete job-specific paperwork. - Required 
• Ability to work independently and function as a team member.

Physical Demands:

Work an 8+ hour shift while sitting, standing, walking, stooping, bending, reaching, grasping, using hands to finger, grasping with hands and arms, handling or feeling objects, tools, or controls, and lifting throughout the shift.

It requires manual movement of cases of finished goods weighing up to 50 pounds.
