Qualifications

8+ years of total working experience in software development

3+ years of Expert technical experience in software development using Java, JavaScript), data and database design, SQL, XML, XSD, JSON, Linux and Web services

3+ years of STIBO STEP systems configuration, development experience - attribute creation, business rule creation, portal development, integration endpoint configuration and workflow creation

STEP 10.X knowledge

Good understanding of API RESTful services

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication skills

Responsibilities will include:

Working on STIBO configuration, custom development, and production support of the STIBO STEP platform.
Setting up new integrations, add object types to data model, connection to Enterprise Service Bus, Java Script business rules, workflow.
Enabling an Offshore development team Gather Requirements from Business teams, create technical design documents and support test cycles
Debugging business rules and defect resolution
Off hours support in the event of critical production incidents, as needed.
Ensuring PHI/PII data security and compliance
