Salary: $50,000 - $65,000
Dana-co is seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-commerce Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Shopify product management, site merchandising, and UTM links.
Product Management
- Own product catalog within Shopify backend
- Upload new product before it arrives at the warehouse so it can go live upon hitting WH Create listings for new styles and/or colors; images, copy, UPCs, swatches
- Appropriately tag and attribute each style to help maximize sales
- Correctly link and sync products to its collections and complete the look in all pertaining fields
- Monitor inventory using planning reports to relay essential information that could affect sales
- Ongoing management of catalog; active, draft, and archived Adjust attributions and tags as needed based on business needs
- As inventory changes, make necessary activating changes
- Manage the markdown process
- Meet with the Director each month to confirm new markdowns that need to be taken
- Adjust tags and attributions after marks are taken
- Assess selling reports monthly to have a greater understanding of what sold for the month and make recommendations if needed
Site Merchandising (includes desktop and mobile)
- Own collection pages Create and maintain collection pages as the business requires
- Appropriately update pages as new product arrives, and new images uploaded, and after markdowns are taken to ensure a positive UX
- Merchandise PDPs floating the appropriate styles, choosing the best main images, and ensuring the right styles are showing in the right pages
- Own publishing theme Manage site changes per One Note Campaign Requests, Promo Calendar, and Team Calls Linking products, imagery, collections, videos, etc
- Execute all promotions hard marked and coded
- Ensure grammar, fonts, and alignments on all images and copy are correct
- Communicate with the marketing team; specifically the Graphic Designer on assets for the site
- Be the last set of eyes before going live with any updates and troubleshooting if needed
- Manage tools and third parties that pertain to overall UX Get Clicked SEO – check broken links weekly inserting the correct redirect
- Okendo – Weekly checks on ‘groups’ so that all new colors and styles show ALL reviews on any PDP listing
- Velox SEO – Be a point of contact for the agency and implement all approved asks
- Shopify Plus – Maintain a relationship with the support team, reaching out whenever needed with or without the direction of the Director of Ecomm
- Freelance work – Be a point of contact for Freelancers ensuring they have the information they need in a timely manner
- Customer Service Team – Be a point of contact for the CS team in regard to any site callouts that need to be addressed
Email and Social
- Create UTM links for all emails and social posts Ensure email templates match the messages needed in the CR in One Note
- Create the appropriate link experience by including the right styles, the right main images, and floating featured styles
- Communicate issues to the Director of Ecomm in a timely manner to minimize the impact on sales
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce a plus
- 2 years of experience with Shopify is a plus
- Strong understanding of brand building and brand consistency
- BS or BA degree, Marketing, E-commerce, Business-related field, or equivalent experience
- Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Hands-on knowledge of Google Analytics, (certification a plus)
- Aptitude with numbers and a clear understanding of retail math
- Background in lingerie/intimates, denim, footwear or other sku/size-intensive business a plus
- Clear and concise communication skills with proactive follow-up
- Highly analytical, data-driven individual
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent at working as part of a team and collaborating with internal and external partners
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations
- Flexibility & time management: ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines
- Process-oriented work ethic
- Experience with Blue Cherry is a plus
