This is a frontline sales-service position that includes inbound and outbound calling and email communication, customer service support, and reports directly to the Executive Sales Director.

 

 

Responsibilities

• Help shape the financial futures of our clients by providing exceptional consultative sales support and guidance on our extensive line of print and digital newsletters and products.
• Engage with both current and prospective clients, leveraging your expertise in financial markets and investing to enhance their understanding and utilization of our services.
• Utilize your proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service to foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Leverage your knowledge of options trading and brokerage environments to effectively communicate the benefits of our products, catering to the diverse needs of our clientele.
• Collaborate closely with the Executive Sales Director, contributing to inbound and outbound calling efforts, email communications, and providing essential customer service support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related field, with experience in financial sales and a keen understanding of the financial industry.
• The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for, and knowledge of, financial markets and investing and will have a proven track record of excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Ideal candidates will have experience in a brokerage or financial sales environment. Knowledge of the
• Financial Newsletter industry is a plus. Our product line includes options trading, so knowledge of those types of trades is a must.
