What will I be doing?
- Deliver direct clinical services to adolescents enrolled in the Intensive Outpatient Program.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the unique needs and circumstances of adolescent clients.
- Collaborate with adolescents and their families to develop individualized treatment plans that address their mental health concerns and goals.
- Facilitate engaging and therapeutic group sessions tailored to the developmental needs of adolescents, focusing on topics such as coping skills, emotional regulation, and peer relationships.
- Provide crisis intervention and support to adolescents experiencing acute distress or challenging situations.
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and interactions.
- Coordinate care with external providers, schools, and community resources to ensure holistic support for adolescent clients.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services field is required (i.e. Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Criminal Justice, Case Management, Child & Family Studies, etc.)
- Must be LBSW
- 2 years’ experience with children and/or families
