Functions of this role

• Requirement: RN with 3+ years of experience including 2 years of Home Health experience
• Lead the Home Health Advisory Group
• Update existing non skilled processes and binders
• Update existing skilled processes and binders  
• Update and finalize AZ Home Health survey requirements 
• Once license is approved, this role will pursue Medicare certification

A few must-haves for Home Health Registered Nurses:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active RN license in Arizona
• RN with 3+ years of experience including 2 years of Home Health experience
• Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations
• Clinical proficiency in nursing specialty, strong communication skills and compassion

Expected hours and environment 

• 15+ hours a week depending on requirements.
• Work with current employees in Mesa office to finish updating skilled and non skilled structure
• Work from home and virtual meetings.
• Flexible hours - The team will work around the right candidate's schedule
