Job Description: As a Telecommunication Project Manager at Quantum Wi-Fi, you will play a central role in the planning, execution, and delivery of telecommunications products. You will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of various projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent verbal and written communication skills, professional-level organizational skills, as well as a deep understanding of telecommunication technologies and up-to-date industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Strategy:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and goals.
• Conduct risk assessment and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
• Project Execution and Management
• Lead project teams, providing guidance, direction, and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and sales, to ensure seamless project execution.

Stakeholder Communication and Reporting:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, issues, and risks.
• Prepare and present project status reports, presentations, and other communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:

• Ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and adhere to relevant industry regulations and best practices.
• Conduct post-project reviews and assessments to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience with 5G, Wi-Fi, xGS-PON, GPON, xDSL, DOCSYS, FTTH, PTP & PTMP Wireless, and SM & MM Fiber.
• Proven experience (10 years) as a project manager in the telecommunications industry, with a track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong understanding of telecommunication technologies, systems, and networks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana).
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
