NOW HIRING:
Wound Care Nurse

The Wound Care Nurse will provide consultation and direct assistance in the management of patients with altered skin integrity (pressure necrosis, wounds, fistulas, etc). They will offer in-service programs as needed to assist nursing, rehabilitation, and medical staff to maintain knowledge and competence in wound care. The Wound Care Nurse will also collect, analyze, and document information and statistics related to wounds in the facility, as well as perform clinical evaluations for potential wound admissions.
