Operations Manager for Trucking Company - REMOTE / Work From Home

$80k - $200k per year: Raises are based on performance to AFT

AFT is seeking an Operations Manager to become an integral part of our Over The Road Trucking team! You will coordinate and oversee the organization's daily operations. We are an extremely fast-growing company adding hundreds of trucks over the next year or more. Must be experienced in the Trucking / Transportation industries and be highly reliable.

Responsibilities:

• Sets up and creates all accounts to be run and managed
• Seek partners to expand OTR
• Enforces policy
• Formalize policies and procedures in accordance with HR regulations
• Keeps team in constant communication
• Provides tasks
• Documents everything OTR eek partners to expand OTR
• Manage and improve operational practices
• Provide daily operations oversight for teams
• Other various duties as needed

​Qualifications:

• Must have 3+ years of experience in Operations Management or similar
• Must have Over-the-road / Box-truck / Trucking or similar experience
• Must be reliable
• Computer proficient, attention to detail, good communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Strong leadership qualities
