We are seeking a dedicated part-time, in-person, Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for a school-based assignment in Piedmont, CA. We are seeking a dedicated part-time, in-person, Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for a school-based assignment in Piedmont, CA. As a BCBA, you'll play a crucial role in helping students develop their behavioral skills by assessing, consulting, and providing services to students with behavioral needs to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:
- Provide Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supervision in accordance with requirements from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Conduct comprehensive behavior assessments to determine the complex needs of individuals with behavior challenges.
- Develop and oversee behavior intervention plans for assigned caseloads
- Monitor skill acquisition programming and provide training to enhance treatment outcomes for assigned caseload
- Implement direct behavior service minutes and consultation for qualified students according to the IEP.
- Provide training and ongoing support to clients, families, and educational teams on the use of behavior strategies.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to each student's goals.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
- Current BCBA certification
- At least 2 years of school-based experience implementing ABA interventions and or supervising programs for students with Autism and related disabilities
- Experience training school staff and parents
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong speaking, writing, and listening skills and the ability to work as a collaborative and supportive team member
- Ability to build rapport with staff.
- Positive and collaborative demeanor.
