Birkholz & Associates, LLC is a fast-paced family and criminal law litigation firm, with 6 active attorneys, and substantial support staff based primarily in the south-central and southwest Minnesota region.

We have an immediate opening for an attorney with the willingness and drive to undertake litigation in family law. The applicant must have the ability to handle an active caseload, possess strong oral and written skills, and be able to travel to courts throughout southwestern Minnesota.

Benefits include the following: Competitive Base Salary plus performance-based bonuses, paid vacation and holiday, 401K with employer 3% safe harbor, and profit-sharing plan. We are offering a signing bonus which will vary on years of experience. 

While the primary need is in litigation, the firm offers civil litigation, family law, real estate, probate, estate planning, criminal defense, and a substantial appellate practice to fit your needs for growth within the firm.
